Elham Nusrat

I’m a Computer Science graduate from BRAC University with a deep interest in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Blockchain. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—from Software Engineer and IT Head to Recruitment Consultant and Trainer—gaining hands-on experience across tech and leadership roles. Currently, I’m contributing as the Country Lead at The Phoenix Guild and Freelance IT Head at Upnatives, while continuously sharpening my skills through advanced courses in AI and Data Science. My journey includes notable experiences with Women in Digital, Uptech Solution, GAOTek, and more. I’ve also had the honor of receiving awards like the People’s Choice Award at OSUN and contributing to impactful community projects. Beyond tech, I’m passionate about education, mentoring, and community building—always eager to learn, lead, and level up.
